last date of finals form

Hi...

I cleared my PCE this june, n got result just a week before..

I wanted to ask that is there any last date fill the FINALS FORM??

Coz, one of my frnd said that we hv to fill it within one month of recieving the result,.. But i didnt find any such rule in d form itself or anywhere else
