Last date of ca final registration
I have passed IPCC in jan2016, which is the last date for final registration who were passed in jan 2016

There is as such no Last date for CA Final Registration, you should be registered on or before to apply your examination form. I.e you should be CA final registered holder as on date of applying to exams.
In case you completed both groups of IPCC and now has to start your articleship, then with out registering to CA Final the ICAI doesn’t register you articleship.
