Last date for loss returns

For this year due date is 30.11.2014 otherwise last date for loss return should be 30th september.

If only your case is audited under Section 44AB ( any clause) then your due date for AY 2014-15 would be 30-11-2014. All other cases (including cases under audit under other sections of the act), the due date is past - i.e 30-09-2014
