What would be the last date for filing IT return for AY 16-17?

Belated return u/s. 139(4), for AY 2016-17 can be filed till 31st March, 2018.
Amendments in section 139(4) (i.e before end of relevant assessment year) are applicable from AY 2017-18, So for AY 2016-17 (i.e. FY 2015-16) Return can be filed till 31/03/2018
