LAND PURCHASE FOR MINING

I have Converted  Agriculture land in to non agriculture ,  After Converted I have applied for Excavating boulder from Non land so my question "Is Depreciation  allowed on Mining land? . Because After few year land value keep reducing as you excavate the boulder

No depreciation is provided on Mining Land
