Want to know,During purcase/sale of Agriculture land is it necessary to submit PAN ? Or is there any limitaions? Is such purchase or sales are noticed by the IT dept ?

All purchase / sales agreement of immoveable property above Rs. 100/- needs to be duly registered. I think PAN copy too is to be attached with the document during registration.
