1. I HAVE 2 SYSTEM ON LAN ONE IS HAVING WINDOWS 7 ANS OTHERS WINDOWS XP.WIN 7 IS ACCESSING XP BUT XP IS NOT ABLE TO ACCESS WIN 7 . XP SHOWS WIN 7 ON NETWORK BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN SUCH WIN 7 DRIVES OR FOLDERS (ie.C:\ D:\) THEN IT SHOWS " PERMISSION NOT AVAILABLE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS DENIED"

The same will be resolved by IT executive bcoz there is no permission given to another person(PC) to access to that PC(Window 7). You need to contact IT executive in your company or personely get resolved from outside.
