laibility under Karnataka VAT for LPG cylinder testing

Dear sirs,

We are a LPG Bottling & marketing company registered uner Karnataka VAT Act. We also have a cylinder testing & painting unit. ( testing of LPG cylinders every 5 years is a statutory requirement)  We have undertaken jobwork for testing of cylinders from outsiders. The process involves cleaning , pressure testing & painting. What is the Tax liability under the Karnataka VAT Act. Please help me
