Labour laws applicability(state or national)?

Hello,

 

I want to know whether the following Acts are applicable state level i.e. only for Maharasthra or for the whole of India?

 

1) Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
2) Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
3) Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
4) Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaenous Provisons Act, 1952
5) The Employees Compensation Act, 1923
6) The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948
7) The Employees Pension Scheme, 1995
8) Minimum Wages Act, 1948
9) Payment of Wages Act, 1936
10) The Bombay Shops & Establishment Act, 1948
11) The Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act,1953

Thanks but I'm still uncertain. Are they applicable only to Maharashtra or to the whole of India? Or some of these 11 laws are state level whereas the rest are national level??

Applicable centrally:

1) Payment of Bonus Act, 1965

2) Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972

3) Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

4) Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaenous Provisons Act, 1952

5) The Employees Compensation Act, 1923

6) The Employees Pension Scheme, 1995

Rest have State to State applicability..
