labour cess on Pure Manpower Service other than construction works
pls let me know whether Labour cess is applicable on pure Labour cess other than Construction works??

Dearr Sir , Thanks for your reply.. I enquire about the Labour Cess on Pure Manpower services is exempted of client will deduct from may total payment under BOCW Act?
what is BOCW Act ?? can u define
