Could anybody have KYC Audit Report Format / Checklist. Please provide the same

You can get the audit report format from SA 700 from the site www.icai.org/resources/auditing standard.

For the KYC which forms part of the Audit planning, kindly refer to the Annexures in SA 300 and SA 315.
