Kya paisa hi sab kuch hain

HI ALL,
Meri English jyada achi nhi hai that's why I am using Hinglish to express myself.
I have been an idiot jabse padhai kar raha hu. Kabhi bhi ye nahi samajh paya ke jo padh raha hu wo samajh nahi aaya.
I was academically a ranker but not in CA I just somehow passed ca IPCC.

now the problem is I realised that I have wasted my precious 12 years (I was in depression) in CA. Basically my base/foundation is not strong.

I have many problems to become a standard CA .
Meri umar shaadi ki bhi ho gayi hai. I have maximum more 2 years for this.

I am clueless what should I do after CA if I complete in next attempt (s).

Those who have read before whatever I have posted I am sorry par main kaafi pareshan rehta hu khud ke future ko leke.

Those who are following me plz stop it because until and unless I achieve something good I am not a good person to be followed. it would be your waste of time.
