What if the fresh CA has 3-4+ years prequalification experience?

KPO Salary for CA

Depends on KPO to KPO actually. The more branded ones might pay less actually. I'd say anything from 4L to 7L for a fresh CA.
And for the prequalification experience, depends on what it actually was. CA firm experience isnt counted. Another KPO experience might.
CA+Cs combination is gradually fedding because the corporate functions of CA & CS have gone drastic changes in recent years. However, CS+CS combination is beterr for small companies and MNCs whare secretarial functions are limited. In listed companies I have see in maximum cases CS is independent . From that prospective CS+LLB is also a good combinatio. Actually by having CS degree CA gets a huge boost.
