In a listed company we have already MD and E.D.
please suggest how to designate them as KMP ?
do we need to pass any resolution or just brief writeup in minutes reqd to designate him as kmp?
do we need to file any form ??
pls suggest urgently .
MGT 14 is required to file at the time of appoointment as written in the rules ,but where it is provided to file the form for designating the existing MD/ED as KMP.
although , companies are filing form MGT-14 , but is there section reqment , ??
