kannan sir, ...  your daughter is still 12 years,  I think its too early to decide which field she has to enter...

 To improve her maths skills, give her more maths sums to solve, add some fun in sums, join her for vedicmaths or abacus.., and before that, best to try to find out her interests and help her to sharpen her skills, I believe, its too early...to choose any field.. ,
