I AM USING SPECTRUM A PRODUCT OF KDK SOFTWARE, BUT THEY ARE VERY LAZY TO UPDATE SOFTWARE.
OTHER SOFTWARES ARE PROVIDING DSC REGISTRATION TO NEW INCOME TAX PORTAL FROM 18.06.2021 AND FROM 26.07.2021 OTHER SOFTWARES ARE PROVIDING FILING OF ITR 1,2 & 4 FROM SOFTWARE.
BUT KDK SOFTWARE ARE NOT PROVIDED ANY FACILITY FROM THEIR SOFTWARE TILL DATED.
KINDLY SEND YOUR REVIEW FOR KDK SOFTWARE.
Using the KDK Spectrum since ling but these people are never helpful when you require support. Updatation is very slow. If you require support through other number of KDK like Express ITR just they smash you with a remark call KDK support. In KDK support now at the time of need there is only IVR. I suggest get out of KDK and choose some reliable one rather.
I totally agree with you, its one of the worst GST Software.
When you click on Synchronisation, God knows what its doing, takes a very long time.
In the current situation when other softwares are working fast this is totally useless.
Better use MyGSTcafe which is very fast and downloads everything as per your requirement.
KDK Software is waste of money.
