और क्या composition का withdrawal किया जा सकता है?करने के बाद 3B nil file करने पर क्या late fee लगेगा ?

June 19 का Comp 08 का file kiya gaya tha और ARN bhi मेल पर आया था,lekin jab sept 19 का फ़ाइल करने के लिए प्रयास किया गया तब जून 19 के फ़ाइल नही बता रहा है क्या करें कृप्या उपाय बतावें।
