mujhe lagta he, this poem is written,  when our Indians were  fighting for freedom,  to ignite the fire in every Indian to fight against Foreign rulers, the writer willing to bring a revolution in every Indian's heart.., he wants to see the change

I am not sure, I may be wrong..,

and kya khoob kaha.. HO AAG KAHI BHI PAR AAG JALNI CHAHIYE,

even today... We need that spirit to change the things... "Hungama khade karna mera maksad nahi, Ham sab ke taraf se eisi koshish chahiye, ke Tasveer badalde.., "

We should not just blame our country.., we should take responsibility and take a step to change it..,
