if someone wins 5 crore from KBC how tax would be calculated ?
or IF winner does not have PAN no.than how tax would it be calculated

if the winner has no pan card than he have to wait till 21 days...and after that we will get the 3.5 crores rupees...
1.5 crore will be taxed in the name of TDS....
@ 30% flat rate
it is charged at flat 30%
