Agreed.

Those things are valuable which are not easily available. The moment one easily available thing becomes difficult; we are ready to pay anything for that in many cases. 

We easily waste water at our home but when we pay Rs.12/- or 15/- per litre for that at outside; hardly we waste any drop of it. 

I also experienced that those CAs are more successful in their profession later on who passed it with too many difficulties because - 

firstly they realised more value for this 

and

now they are realising more value from it.

Last year at caclub; one girl posted herself at her profile :

She was ready to do whatever is possible to clear CA and ultimately  she cleared it in very next attempt.
