what is the rate of vat for second hand (Used) motor vehicles when sold in Karnataka - the rate of Vat for used vehicles in kerala state on its sale is only half per cent (0.5%). is there any similar rates of VAT applicale in Karnataka state.

On used cars, VAT rate is 5%
correct it is to be charged at 5%
