Karnataka E-filing of Annexures

 Hi,

Generally e-filing with regard to Karnataka refers to efiling of Annexures (like local sales, local puchases, export invoices, form C requisition and Delivery note 505).

Karnataka VAT dept has given user manual and Excel templates (VATefsconvert.zip), which can be used to convert data from Excel to XML format.

If your Client in Bangalore is using Tally.ERP 9  for maintaining Accounts, the data can be exported to Excel template provided by dept or in XML format as prescribed by the dept.

I am using Tally.ERP 9 and able to export the Sales and Purchase details to excel template given by the dept and converting the same to xml format (Tally will automatically removes special characters, extra letters,)
