Kamal garg book of company law part is of section being given without illustration ...in some topics like board meetng inter corporate section summary given in short while allied laws sebi icdr same module language and fema more in flowchart/tree diagram...u can do it wid pm.... as compared to munish bhandari handbook its gud cover almost all sections....

Is CARO 2003 in the syllabus for may 2015 CA Final Audit exam.?
