Help you to focus on your assignment/work and consequently prevent you from accumulating unnecessary negative energy.
2. Set a good example for the people under you---
Help you to construct amicable relations with the peoples subordinate to you. Also help you to build trust and confidence within the team which is very important in today’s working environment.
3. Stay away from unhealthy politics----
Help you to utilize your time in the most efficient manner and prevent you from negative energy.
