Jurisdiction problem

Dear All,

I filed my IT return on 22/06/2013 of which ITR-V was received on 28th june 2013, the refund of which hasn't been credited as yet. I changed my address details but jurisdiction was not changed from my previous address to new address. I want to ask whether old jurisdiction will have a bearing upon my non receipt of refun. I file ITR4 (having  commission income and bank FD interest)
