July GST Returns Locked
Sir i have a query that i applied for gst number on 14 July but some how my number got delayed and due to which my gst number was issued me on 18 August due to which my gst july return is locked but i have issued bill to my credutirs of july on my arn number so what is the solution to this problem . Also since that day i asked for help at gst helpdesk but no reply from them and also from Gst Department.

Actually it's exactly wrong.
How to you supply your goods for without acceptance your application in GSTN...?
Solutions of you can change / Revise your all invoices like Inwards/Outwards. Then you can file your returns. It's possible bcoz, your outwards supplies not accepted in portal. So, they can'y get ITC...
If not revise your supplies (both) you can try to file in August (actually it's not accept in System...
Advisable/Possible only for revise...
