u can opt for M.A and simultaneously, u can take up PG-Diploma in Mass Communication. Also, try to get an internship with a Media House for at least 6 months.
if u are from Kolkata, both JU & CU offer diploma in journalism.
You may also try getting into Symbiosis Institute of Journalism & Communication (SIJC), pune.
