me and spouse availed home loan for a self occupied property in 2020-21. we are co owner and co borrower. I am paying 75 percent of emi and my wife is paying 25 percent emi. I have to sent the money through neft in loan account and remaining is deducted from my wife salary as she is working in same bank from which we have availed the loan.
how much rebate can we claim in return 50:50 or 75:25.
what is the possible way to get the maximum rebate by me as I am in higher slab.
my wife is having first name in property and home loan.
