My previous employer has recovered my joining bonus, handset allowance from me. But the same is not reflected in my Form16. So my taxable income (salary) is a higher amount. How can I claim tax relief on this amount? Under which heading or how should I report this while filing my ITR.

You may amend you form no 16 or you can show it in your itr after deducting it from income under the head salary
