Is Processing,sizing,bleaching,dyeing includes in job work defination or it is part of manufacturing?.....job workER is out of the ambit of GST i mean is it in exemption list.....

Yes job worker need to register and now the GST @ 5%

jodwork of EmborIdary in GST than who pay tax of GST in this field there is only labour if labour no maintain books than who maintain this tax

labour has to maintain the books as per GST act
as per Income tax act us 44ad you have to show Net profit of 8% and no books required

Whether we can send the goods for jobwork to unregistered jobworker out of the state without IGST tax ?
whether we can send goods for jobwork to registered jobworker out of the state without IGST tax?
Can we send goods outside the state to our own branch which is registered in that state for jobwork without charging IGST as this is not stock transfer but goods are sent for jobwork ?
Please clarify. Thanks.
