Dear sir I am purchasing a offset machine and starting a printing unit next month there I will do printing jobwork as well as contract wise printing ( including paper and other material) . in simple word both manufacturing and jobwork will be done.
kindly suggest me which kind of licenses will be needed for such industries and what kind of return shall be filled in gst

Trade licence and GST registration is a must. Don't know about other licences such as fire licence etc.
Return to be filed:-
GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 in case of regular scheme.(Monthly in case Turnover exceeds or expected to exceed 1.5 Cr)
GSTR-4 in case composition scheme.(Quarterly)
