is it necessary for job worker to maintain stock if small parts are used for different job work? &

 Is it compulsory for job worker bellow turnover of rs 1.5cr to show descripttion of supply in gstr1 in table 12 if yes than can we write only job work in descripttion or detailed descripttion is required??
