What are the statutory requirements for a person being small job worker received goods from supplier(principal) for further processing i.e.re-rolling.

what is the said job worker is also a 1st & 2nd stage dealer for other excisable goods and is registered in excise as a 1st & 2nd stage dealer.
For the job worker it is enough if he maintains the stock account based on the challan sent by the manufacturer.
If he is dealer for other goods he has to isolate the premises for dealing job works and dealership
