Section 143 of CGST act 2017 defined procedure and Rule 55(1) of CGST 2017 defined documents for movement of goods.
Delivery Challan & E-way bill
1. ORIGINAL FOR CONSIGNEE.
2. DUPLICATE FOR TRANSPORTER.
3. TRIPLICATE FOR CONSIGNER.
Original and Duplicate with consignment along with e-way bill and triplicate copy for record.
as per goods sent below 50000 then required way bill
