Job work having business less than 20 lacs
What type of delivery challan format and declaration on delivery challan is required for non registered job workers for smooth movement of supply to registered and unregistered supplier. Is they required to intimate their jurisdiction about their supplier information or his own intimation about business less than 20 lacs

You can supply woth builty or normal invoice made by you.
Do I mention on delivery challan that I am unregistered under GST with 20 lac annual sale or any declaration on challan. Do everytime I have to raise invoice instead of deliver challan

No such declaration required.
After job work do I required to sent material only thru invoice in place of deliver challan

what is the proof for job worked material returned to registered dealer from unregistered when filling GST return because if the material didn't come within stipulated period it will treat as sales according to delivery challan date

You have to told him that goods sent for job work.
I mean to say if goods sent after job work not for job work by job worker then?
