If we are sending any material input/ capital goods for job work ....is is necessary to have anyrealtion with job worker or we can send it to any third party.

And for calculation of 180 days limit  in respect of job work .... do we consider the day when the material is remove.

There is no need of the relation with the pary it can remove for job work to any as mutually agrred the date of 180 days will be counted from the date of removal of goods fm unit to job worker premise regds Ramesh Kothari
