Job work
We had sent some material directly to job worker without bringing it into the factory. Now we have received material with scrap. My question is credit to be taken full as per invoice or actual semi finished received from job worker

you can only taken credit of duty from job worker invoice but there is question that the material which you have directy send to job worker it invoice is in name of you or jobworker
We are having DFT copy of manufacture supplier on which CENVAT was not taken and now we want to take
