Dear Vikash,
There is no fix rule to figure out what is good for bright future. It depends on the person concerned. Both practice and job required different qualities and both are good and challenging.
Some persons cannot work under a person in a job but at the same time they have to face clients if they choose practice. So there is no fix rule. But my personal choice is Job coz I personally believe in position with good self confidence.
So Make your future vision clear to succeed.
