Attempts does play a role.., its a fact and will prevail till end...

But when u said that if u r capable though??... Then, NO... ur attempts won't affect.. I mean, every company wants an intellectual preofessional person.. Now, if such person has cleared his CA at first or second attempt, ke farak pehinda hai einu???

So, not to worry, we all have bright futures.... whether we clear it in first go or second...

Dear Swati, let me tell you all your worries are baseless. Just focus on your present preparation. This baseless worry may be very hermful or your present preparation and your morale. 

Just be confident and keep working on your skills. Nobody can stop a learned and skillfull person to succeed. This is my opinion for you. If you think like that then what would happen to the CPT level students. So there is no need to worry.

I m Totally Agree with Ankur sir.

Company need not require the Students who passed in minimum attempt but they want talented students. In compus placements compnies select the candidate on the basis of performance , skills , Expertisation on subjects & perfectly fit candidate for the POST .

okay sir jeee (ankur sir)  if you are saying this then it might be true from now onwards.....i want give a damm to this base less thought and will concentrate on my studies but overhere my point of veiw was in a form of discussion i just wanted to know about the reality.......of the industry...

hi theres nothing like dat..its true dat attempts is given importance but its not totally true.i have attended dis march campus , Group discussions and personal interviews is d basic criteria of every company. And ur training also matters.

Be posative dear swati,  attempts matter but not too matter , hard work and your attitude is playing major  roal.

The attepmpts will play a roll only at first employment and not after that.

Even if u get lower package in 1st job, do hardwork there, get experience and when u leave that company and join another one, only ur work will be seen and not the attempts..

Dont opt for campus placement, just go through personal seach, or upload ur cv on naukri.com like sites, u will get better opportunities.

@ Swati,,  For first five year only it will matter whether you have cleared your CA in 1st attempt or not, but after having experience it will not matter so much, but ya it will so if you want to be in some of the big names as they ask for first attempt clear....
