Dear Friends:

Please don't send your resumes to Big4's officials by seeing their contact data in their websites. It makes a negative impression on you. They assume that you don't know how and to where to apply. It definitely won't help you if any of you do so. But you can send to executive director/director/other partners, only if you know them personally or if they have asked you to do so or if you are sending to them through a reference. One has to apply to Big4's either through references or through HR Department only. This is my opinion.
