Java utllity for itr2, ay 2019-20

I have used the Java utility for ITR2 for AY2019-20 and have been successful UNTIL I proceed to submit the X M L. The efiling website says there is a problem with the X M L, specifically that the bank account number I put in has "a parsing error". It apparently does not like the 9-digit account number of my account. I have tried to add zeros to make it 11-digit, and 15-digits, but to no avail. Any suggestion by anyone would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
