Java utility for ITR-2 for AY 2020-21

I tried to fill up the ITR-2 java utility for AY 2020-21. I am able to fill it in, and the utility works as expected. However, I am not able to submit. When I press 'Submit', the utility does not do anything. It does not show any error either. Other buttons like "Save", "S

Anyone else is facing the same issue? Anyone managed to use the ITR-2 java utility successfully? 

Environment: MacOS

openjdk version "11.0.7" 2020-04-14
OpenJDK Runtime Environment AdoptOpenJDK (build 11.0.7+10)
