For that you should enquire with ICAI, Chennai branch. If they accept DD payable at chennai well and good or else payable at New Delhi only.

in favour of whoom itt dd is to be made for delhi centre

pls do reply fast in favour of whoom i should take dd for mah itt if i opt for viswas nagar or gazipur for my itt training (these two placess from delhi)
