if u r from northern region prepare DD for orientation programme in favou of NIRC payable at DELHI
i had forgotten the same for itt,let others reply too

Hi i am from tamil nadu. Whether the DD i take should be payable at chennai or Delhi
For that you should enquire with ICAI, Chennai branch. If they accept DD payable at chennai well and good or else payable at New Delhi only.
