Hello friends!
I appeared for the ITT online exam and have passed it on setptember 6, 2009. Till the date, i have not recieved the certificate of completion of the course. I had appeared for PCE in Nov. 09, and its result is likely to be declared on 15 th Jan. IF i do not send my certi, my result will be withheld.
The centre manager says "kal aa jaayega, chaar din baad aana, ab tak to aa jana chahiye" etc. Her staff member said that certificates are recieved within 15 days of sending the result of ITT to the Institute.
I am thinking of filing a complaint with the insititute. Will it be proper or shold i wait for a week or two?
