Itsm(flowcharts n decisions table)

hello friend...if u don't understand methodology of flowchart n decision table than its ok keep it aside...concentrate on rest of d CH.me to was no good in these CH...i would like to advice u to read practice manual of itsm provided by institute..its more then enough...u just need to understand terminology of the chapters n that's how u can score in these subjects...wish u all the best friend

it jst takes 4 hrs to understand flowcharts n u can score 8 marks......
