my doubt whether we can use Single Challan(form 281) for Payment of TDS under all the sections(.i.e 194c,194jetc)???thanks in advance

No we have to make different Challan for that in Form 281. In the new T.D.S Challan Form 17 we can do the same
as of now u can use same cheque but different challans
NO u cant
seperate challans for separate sections see behind the challan enclosed
Please See the notes in Attachment file
and if u make the separate cheque for each payment its better for TDS RECO.
