We have sent acknowledgement of ITR1 to Bangalore office 10 days before. But still now it has not been updated in ITR site. What is the next step ?

No need to do anything further now as it takes time to get it updated manually. Wait for a week more, or be ready to e-verify your return.

Itrv updating is not there.
Try for e verification of possible. Else contact the CPC once
