Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which Income Tax Return (ITR) form to use when you have both business and agriculture income. If your business turnover is up to 2 crore rupees and your agriculture income exceeds 5,000 rupees, you can generally file ITR 4 under section 44AD. However, if your agriculture income is substantial, such as 5 lakhs with business income of 2.2 lakhs, you may need to file ITR 3 instead. It's advisable to consult the specific thresholds and seek professional advice if unsure.
