In AY 2015-16 XL sheet there is no provision to add rows in other expenses s.no 38 of P&L sheet . It is limited to only 4. Last year they had other expenses. This year they want us to specify the nature of expenses. But 4 rows are not sufficient.
My client have 18 heads out of which few are present.
But in Java Sheet there is a Povision to add Rows. Bu in java which cell to fill is difficult to identify
Can we write s.no 38 (d) [P&L ] as others and give lumpsum amt
Since IT dept has specified to name the type of expenses better to give it.
Follow this
1] You have already filled the XL sheet - if i am correct
2] Generate XML sheet thro XL sheet
3] Close XL utility and start the Java utility
4] Open X M L file [generated by XL] into the jar utility
5] All the fields will be filled automatically
6] Now in P&L s.no 38 - keep on adding rows for different type of Xpenses
7] Generate XML thro java utility again after rectifying this part.
8] upload the X M L file
9] You can write the s.no 38 [d] in P&L as various xpenses and write the amt
No harm I think
Experts please give your inputs on this and throw some bright light on this
Yes I have filled the XL sheet. What if I write "Various expenses" and give the lumpsum figure. This should work I guess.
