ITR3 Tax paid and reflecting in Form 26AS - yet shows 0 on the portal

Hello, I've filed ITR-3 on 25th July completing the payment online & then eVerified without updating the challan details manually.

Today, when I checked the portal, FORM 26AS is reflecting the Tax paid as well as the 'Tax deposit' tab on dashboard. Yet, my filed return still shows Tax paid as 0.

Kindly assist me how to resolve this? Do I need to file revised return?
